A jury sure could award much more than Dr. Teece's range given how egregious and hated the cable companies are.
I think Billy may want 75%+ of the $1.06 or go to court.
Is it a "Game of chicken" at this point?
Also, indemnification may require a guilty verdict, but Comcast on hook for 3x.
For some reason, can't really get this sticking point off my mind.
And how many modems now? 20M, 30M, 40M...?
