So, this is where a little information is dangerous!
The Scottsdale issue isn't a VPLM issue! Zero repercussions for VPLM.

The blackout period? Big deal, blackout and it was done!

VPLM not having revenue is not illegal, nor is suing aapl, vz, t, twtr and amzn!

If these things were a big deal, aapl WOULD HAVE USED THEM TO SQUASH VPLM LONG AGO!
