I am not saying that they wouldn’t/shouldn’t be raising cash....particularly with some much activity needed this year. I am saying that they might wait for little bit longer ($6 a pop is better than the $3 from a few weeks back or from tha last time they raised the money) and raise cash in a big way or handle it with partnership once the NEWS is let out of the bag (of course I am assuming they are privy to the NEWS and like what they are seeing so far in the trials)..
