Agree - the Preferred Series B Shares are convertible.

The Series B PS is not referred to as Series B "Convertible" in the disclosure other than in Exhibit 3.

All in all there isn't very much dilution potential for funding in the next 12 months. Maybe 50-60 million shares.

GHS was doing S1 with ARSN in the end of 2018 and everyone was screaming dilution. As you may know the early 2019 run was in the midst of considerable dilution and dilution potential.

GHS and SHMP has been extremely responsible with dilution.

The same type of scenario of early 2019 is lining up now.

This is not a good time to short SHMP. If anyone is depending on dilution as a short play be forewarned.
