And while I'm at it, who's the new Director of Operations for SnL? He/she was hired weeks ago. Every company I've ever followed would've proudly introduced him/her in a PR as soon as the contract was finalized. God knows investors are dying for a little fresh air to be breathed into this management team, but I guess oblivious Rog & Co. doesn't.

Communication and execution is honestly the worst I've ever experienced in a company I've invested in, and inexplicably keeps getting worse. These Twitter QandAs are a joke, a complete waste of the couple minutes of my life it takes to read them. At least there's an effort being made, I guess, as feeble and amateurish as it may be.
