Okay so tel me how a chart of the past predicts the chart of the future? Are you saying looking at lines predicts the future? No it doesn't, you need to understand each play has their own technicals. Like I said before there is a time and place for charts, but charting an OTC stock with dilution is idiotic. Of course the chart isn't going to look good, anyone will tell you that. Once dilution finishes (which is seems to aka the supply) generally people begin pouring in and buying the stock (demand). Combine those two and its creates upward momentum. I'm not sure what you don't understand about this.
