Completely and utterly incorrect. With billions of shares, AND toxic (and other) note holders, news is met by incessant churning and selling, all of which serves to depress the PPS and retard upward movement. Fact. This aspect of share structure has nothing to do with market cap, and has been explained and illustrated thoroughly multiple times.
