$CBTC 12 (twelve) storage units 1,800sq.ft. to be modified, environment-conditioned and outfitted with ASIC miners.

The significance of this storage facility is the location - DIRECTLY adjacent to the Idaho Power substation where the power has been sourced and allocated. Inexpensive power in capacity sufficient for a substantial cryptocurrency mining operation is getting difficult to come by. This is a home run for XTRA Bitcoin, Inc. and CBTC shareholders!

When Paul announces the initial funding deal, the first 2 building areas at the storage property adjacent to the power substation will be quickly made over for the mining ops. That's 2 mining subsections designated as Wonka #5 and Wonka #6, each being 900 square feet for a total of 1,800 sq. ft. And each will be running the machines consuming up to 1.25 MW of power that is provided to each space, for a total of 2.5 MW. This is just the start. We've got another 7.5 MW on deck, with access to a total of 40 MW that is available in the region.

XTRA Bitcoin Inc. has acquired 5-year leases on building space known as Wonka #5 and Wonka #6. Each lease consists of six storage units combined into a 900 square foot unit and the right to access 1.25MW electricity primary on site. XTRA is obligated to pay all costs to install the high-voltage primary, transformers, metering and secondary distribution electrical systems from utility interconnect onsite to their equipment. XTRA also has a performance-based option to acquire access to an additional 7.5MW electricity for expansion at this site. This site’s location is Ontario, Oregon, USA. Facility is inside a security fenced property. XTRA is in the development process of raising capital to install the electrical system and to purchase energy-efficient ASIC miners.
