One thing that we definitely know 100% is that no matter what is stated is that Barrick definitely does not have title to mine in Chile at Pascua Lama. If they did they would have been mining long ago. They have the money they have the expertise, they have all of the equipment (yes they have sold it off). So being that Barrick does not have title, so who does???
