don't even think about putting your fingers on the sell button with this stock at 14.51... it is worth at least twice that this year after the Feb 25 CC....why?.. there are 4 hedge funds that filed 13g reports with the SEC declaring 5% ownership already...now let me ask the question.. why are 4 hedge funds filing these reports if they are not intending to make an offer to take the company private?.. why else would a hedge fund accumulate 5% for their portfolio along with 3 others?...it looks like a "hatchet fight" soon as they declare their intentions to bid for this company... KKR is the biggest elephant in the room with over 5 of their funds owning 16 % of O/S...DO NOT SELL UNTIL A DECLARATION IS MADE BY THESE HEDGE FUNDS.....Lodas
