I am certainly no tree-hugger, being an avid hunter and fisherman. I also like to spearfish, enjoy diving for lobster and even raise my own honeybees for their honey (and their beneficial pollinator role)
That said, I despise the amount of collateral damage (by-catch) you get from shrimping, deep sea scalloping, and bottom trawling.

The industry has come a long way from the archaic past, but is still super destructive.

I hope that NS and others will find a way to take some of the pressure off the oceans as the world's population continues to grow and add more mouths to feed....
