Raise and pursue...on behalf of Malak

That would make sense to be assigned said patents before any pursuit. They are suing those that they believe have thieved the assigned patent(plural). They are probably correct given how often it happens.

Without digging further..I can assume that the claims mentioned in the patent are lacking...but they are still claims. They seem to be taking what they feel is the least path of resistance. An expensive one at that.
