We all know the Korean Shareholders got EMPM shares in exchange for their Saean Korean shares. That is what we have been waiting months to have completed. We know the Koreans paid in the range of $3.00 to $4.00 US for each of their shares and have been promised the new company will be a NASDAQ listed company. We also know they got 10 EMPM shares for each 1 of theirs. We also know that the Saean Headquarters is being moved to the US. Ignore the noise, do the DD.
