... From the WMB, TPS Product Purchasers, Exchanged into WMI products at the Filings, Trust Preferred Securities (TPS), ... denied, ... though to Kyle and the Employee claimants ... denied, ... and, obviously griffins sloppy and poorly researched failure’ ... also denied, ...

... it has been my opinion for a very, very, long time that these failed attempts to disrupt Plan 7’s approval, were attempts to get a calculated re vote of the segregated classes ... a redirect of the original class participants ...

... anyway, ... hard as they all tried and failed, none of the numerous attempts ever actually disrupted WMI’s Plan 7, ... and now ? it’s all over ...

... legally, at this current point in time, ... even If’ ? (and a large if’) ... if anyone or any entity could show cause to reopen the bankruptcy’s, . ... the WMIIC / WMI Bankruptcy Cases could only be reopened ... “Administratively”’ ... so, we are in a good place currently, now with the WMI-LT completed and the Trustee (Kosturos) gone ...

Judge Walrath secured our participating future, very early on way back in 2008’, by limiting the Cases to the Holding Company “Only” (WMI), ... and its income earners manager, (WMIIC) ...

AZ .you said none of these shameful delay will work iam sure they have the same conclusion so. what they try to accomplish?? Is jpm need more time to get it self setuatied?? It must be a reasons other than just they throw tantrum. Thank you for all the help you provided
