Next we should see a motion to dismiss from IVDN and a resounding agreement from the judge, in my opinion

It is actually very possible that the judge will rule against the FTC with prejudice, forcing them to disgorge all of IVDN's legal fees for the last 3+ years, well over a million dollars

It is a lot less possible, although still possible that she will award them compensation for all of the lost revenues for the last 3 years, also well over a million dollars

As soon as I find out more, or see the motion to dismiss on PACER, I will let you all know
