In your opinion of course. Either way, I see this as a great bounce opportunity. Won't take much buying volume to break 2s/3s or even get back to half a penny. I agree dilution needs to eventually cease for that to happen but no notes for 9 months is huge. Note conversions can kill a stock way more.
