None of us here are experts in the the field or we wouldn't be wasting our time posting on fraud boards, none of us work for the government in investigations, none of us have are judges that have ruled on cases, we all speculate based on amature DD BUT there is some common sense to fraudulent activity and scams that don't have what they say they have...VPLM is a non earning company that bases it's books on QUESTIONABLE assets...BUYER BEWARE!!!
