SOrry Boris the POR which ended up being confirmed as the PLAN OF RECORD will be adhered to !!!!!!!! Dilution can legally happen according to the POR, but IT CAN NOT HAPPEN in the preferds!!!!!!!!!

Like I said the Judge has actually pulled a very smart move here because once there is IS IS a PAYOUT it will then be confirmed there was HARM done to the CLASS 19 EQUITY POSITIONS and his decision will have been PROVEN and can not be defended in anyway form or fashion!!!!!
