"The muddy swamp is clearing"....with the revelation by Alice Griffin that Wmi is still existing, this brings up an interesting situation....since one cannot make an identification on a "shadow", we can still ascertain something is making it....for example, Wmi, creates Wmih, because their assets were sequestered by the court, and or placed into trust, and as such could not enter into a merger with NSM without funds....enter KKR....with 600 Million dollars, in exchange for preferred shares, KKR, with eclipse, and Wand instigate an intricate maneuver to get a "bridge loan", guaranteed by WMI to buy NSM.... now that the BK is closed, WMI is free to choose its own destiny with the pre bk assets intact by trust....these assets belong to WMI, and in no way are connected to coop....now, since the new year began, there has been about 3 large companies disclosing that they hold 5% of the voting common stock....these companies are now free to make a stab to buy those assets held by Wmi....if coop wants those assets, they will have to bid for them also, along with possibly JPM, and others....The point is, that WMI shielded its assets, but had to have another entity to do business while they were in bankruptcy chapter 11, and that was Wmih, funded by KKR, who took shares in coop in exchange for the 600M funding....who will end up buying Wmi's assets?...it could be anyone of the ones I mentioned, or WMI could resurrect itself in any business it chooses to go forward.....probably in the financial business, and keep coop as a sub...this "shadow" that posters have been trying to reveal these past 12 years is about to step out of the dark and be revealed, and I am quite sure, that we will all be astounded how all of this has been done....the end of this movie is near... hold your stock, and buy more if you can....the assets of Wmi are huge......how to I know?...look at the hedge funds with the 5% ownership...if they bid for Wmi's assets, it won't be small potatoes......Lodas
