It's broken when health care resources go to towards people who get little exercise and eat the standard American diet, meanwhile people who care about themselves, eating right and exercising, don't get the health care dollars because their triglycerides are no longer over 150 due to previous lifestyle changes.

Insurance companies would rather pay hundreds of thousands for a heart surgery, then pay upfront to avoid surgery from happening. I don't know how you can say otherwise.
