I agree with you that data suggests Vascepa can prevent health deterioration.

I just had a visit with my primary care doc. She prescribed me Vascepa last year at my request. She basically thought it can't hurt anything.

But at yesterday's visit she was saying the latest thinking is "fish oil doesn't really do anything significant as a preventative treatment"

I asked her what she thought of REDUCE-IT. Her focus was on that the patients in the study had some risk for heart disease.

Seems the wrong message is getting out to some with failures of the competitors of Vascepa.

We can be right about Vascepa, but the mountain to climb convincing doctors, insurance companies, public won't be an easy climb...imo.
