The two above entities were the ones in chapter 11 and are still active in the Delaware Secretary of State website.

File # 5669817 Mr. Cooper Group, Inc. was incorporated on February 25, 2015

WMIH Corp. Merged with Nationstar Mortgage in October 2018 to form Mr. Cooper Group, Inc.

Per the OTCmarkets website Mr. Cooper Group, Inc.’s previous names were :

IMO...My conclusions as of February 15, 2020 @ 0949 CST:

1) Alice Griffin stated in open court on December 2019 that WMI, Inc. , WMI Investment Corp. , and Mr. Cooper Group, Inc. are all separate entities.

2) WMI was the parent company to WMB and WMB, fsb.

3) The entity that merged with Nationstar Mortgage on October 2018 was WMIH Corp. not WMI, Inc. nor WMI Investment Corp. The Proof is the fact that Delaware Secretary of State website deems WMI, Inc. and WMI Investment Corp. as being current, while WMIH Corp. is no longer listed as active on the Delaware Secretary of State website.

4) I still contend that WMI, Inc. owns retained interests in securitized mortgages that were transferred into bankruptcy remote and legally isolated (“legal isolation” from FDIC receivership) MBS Trusts created by WMI subsidiaries ($101.9 billion).

5) If Mr. Cooper Group, Inc. (or any other entity) wants WMI’s assets, they have to pay at least book value for them (i.e. cash, stock or a combination of both).
