Yep. This is a huge scam as in the pps will keep going down. They sure have a business but telecom is highly capital intensive. We are talking billions of $$ are a drop in the bucket and the business is highly competitive, profit margin super tiny.

If you look at the series D authorization they didn't increase the AS of commons to fool people. I can pretty much guarantee you they will max out the AS by selling the notes and increase the AS again. They will keep the news coming to keep shareholders interested so that they can sell the shares.

Once all the notes are done, they will do an RS and then they may be able to raise the $40M. That is just how investing works. I am very sceptical that they can raise the $40M. Accredited investors want a minimum of 5X in 3 yrs. That means the $40 million investors would want $200 million in return. So the company has to be billion $$ worth.

Not going to happen.

Sold all shares at huge loss.
