Will be interesting is dissolution occurs before SCAMydx/Yazbeck is due in court.

Would be smart of Yazbeck to let that occur, so SCAMydx operations are an un-breachable subject during that case. You know, since the corp is dissolved, I'm sorry your honor but the operational records are no longer available, only financially critical records.
