As KW being our new CEO and she herself asked us to give #180 days to prove herself, it's very generous of us to give her much needed time to see what she does. And I guess some of the longs including me have patience until March 31st. She as of now is aggressive, trying her best to prove, have the much needed freedom to Keith, the team believes her and vice versa, accessible, trying to be as transparent as she can, responding. But ultimately it's the deals that will speak.
