JRF had supposedly come up with a method for regular Joe's to invest in individual cafe openings via their IRAs. No follow up was ever provided AFAIK if that plan ever came to fruition. No real details were ever provided as to dollar amounts, prospective payback/profit/dividend rates, etc.
