Isn't it stated that those shares are restricted and belong to past and present company officers, family members, etc?

And that the "public float" is still only around 336,000?

If so doesn't that mean that the restricted shares couldnt be sold or off loaded until a certain criteria was met?

Meaning, there are only about 336,000 shares currently available to me bought and sold on the open market?
