**NEWS** This is something a former Starbucks President understands. You need a professional sales force inside stores talking to store managers and budtenders about your products. They are the decision makers who decide what to order and promote. Starbucks didn't grow huge by waiting for opportunities to come to them. This guy gets it. Another decision I agree with 100%.
