This 8K was not "little". It was a major indicator for us and a enormous RED FLAG.

We don't fall "in love" with our investments. We were asked to comment and we have given our opinions.

The company's strategy is not Shareholder friendly and this 8K indicates that. So at some point you move out and move on!
