So AMRN probably had a number of choices given that these generics must do business nationwide. I agree they most likely chose this district for a reason. But they would not choose the judge because cases get assigned by rotation. Maybe they banked on Judge Du getting the case because she is the chief judge for the district, but that would be uncertain.
