This won't be a popular post I am sure, but just another possibility that imo can't be 100% excluded.

Of course I agree the big difference now is the stopwatch is ticking for PDD readout.

Not to poor water on the enthusiasm, but last time $AVXL ran to $6 it turned out there wasn't anything big happening.

At least to me it is conceivable that we get encouraging readouts in the PDD and/or Rett trials warranting P3 studies. In that case we enter another period of some $AVXL volatility while waiting for Paediatric Rett and AD readouts.
