Yes there will be no R/S or A/S increase near or medium term. The road block at the moment is large flipper groups channel trading.

They keep selling the morning pop allowing market makers to continue to short their own small blocks of dilution which are dwindling down. This will pass. For anyone that doesn't have it...they know where the bid is.
