Convertible notes payable, net of discount of $215,735 and $99,907 of September 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018, respectively 2,352,977

I didn't look to see the conversion rates but if you dont know how CD work then you should educate yourself -- you will save yourself a ton a money.

Should not better when the 10K comes out in April
