I've been deprived of few grands in one of his scams that SEC suspended a while back, so it's more of anecdotal evidence that I've collected following his other tickers and even this one. It's more of the same he that he does. Don't believe it? Do some digging and you'll notice the similarities.

If you think he is rehabilitated now, well I'll be damned, but for folks like Dwyer I wouldn't hold too much hope.

I don't hold any of this note or the other ones he has running in parallel to this one, but I can show you remnants of my account when they suspended $EXA$. So no, I doubt any of us here bash to get in lower, it's more of a warning that nothing what was ever promised by Dwyer came to fruition, instead it went to no bid and he moved on to scam in another ticker.
