Go back and read the documents, they stated quite clearly that ALL of WMIIC's assets were transferred to the WMILT and 100% of WMIIC's equity went to WMIH.

Also, when WMIIC was dissolved in 2017 or so, WMIH again stated that the sub possessed no assets. So what assets are you referring to exactly???

It seems this whole theory arose from COOP's possible "shelf registration" filing but the problem is this could and likely has absolutely nothing to do with former WMI Equity.

This whole issue looks like yet another attempt to link an unrelated issue to our Markers using selective quotes from unrelated processes. Sorry but that's just how I see what's playing out here.

When and until the WMILT or COOP comes out with some kind of confirmation that I am wrong, only then will my opinion change.


I ask again, is this all just your opinion or is it one that was formulated through professional consultation??? Not sure why that would be an issue to answer.
