Options - and the lawsuit outcome

Hey all. Instead of just buying more shares outright, I am considering adding Call options either last week of March or April. What I need help on....what is the possibility we get the trial outcome before March 27th. I am eying the 3/27/2020 $23 call options for $0.65, or the 3/27/2020 $21 call options for $1.05. I think this is reasonably priced and I am banking on a trial win, and seeing a 20% to 30% rise in the stock. I just don’t know if I am giving myself enough time for an announcement.

Is the 4/17/20 option date the best bet??
