Without Sound Concepts, FUSZ would not have withered away but just have taken longer to uplist and grow. As can be seen by what happened with FUSZ/VERB, acquisitions are done by numerous companies that want to grow at a faster pace. It can also give a boost to the companies that get acquired. Look at many of the NASDAQ companies that did acquisitions to see that this is true! There are some that wanted FUSZ to not grow so that they could manipulate the stock on the OTC. Some want to do the same to VERB on NASDAQ, but are unsuccessful. VERB has about 1 million customers now (unlike what some may post) and no longer influenced by the OTC.
