LPC purchased Class A. And they will be purchasing more Class A under extremely favorable terms to ALPP shareholders.

Basically, ALPP directs LPC to buy when, and at what price, ALPP wants. And LPC is contractually committed to buy.

LPC also cannot short or hedge. That’s part of the contract.

This entire arrangement is going to support a HUGE BLAST north the moment that Super S1 is filed.

Anyone who hasn’t built their position when the S1 hits......oops LMAO
