I am a BC survivor my oncologist watches my vitamin D closely. I believe some people like myself do not process vitamin D as efficiently as others. I spend May to September frequenting the beach and often do not apply sunscreen for 20 minutes a day out in the sun. I take sublingual Vitamin D drops. My numbers though better are usually around 30. However I am rarely (talking years) sick with a cold or flu like infection.
