Possible manipulation of the AMRN stock.

A few weeks ago I made an input here linking to the moral rules of SEC - regarding possible manipulation of AMRN stock.

A couple of replies signaled that SEC is just another 'to well paid' state bureau that - 'do nothing'.

That might not be 'the whole truth' about the SEC. I just found a rather recent case (Oct. 19 2019) - where SEC actually rolls out a case on manipulation solved' that involved $31 million.

So the question here - has anyone even asked SEC to have a look on how AMRN is traded in the market (ref. to day after FDA approval 16. Dec 2019 - 6 times normal daily volume - and price 'falls') ?
