11,899,067 shares have come off restriction since he became head of the issuer. There were 28 million shares traded on 9/12, more than 10 times average volume. It's likely most of those shares were dumped that day at an average of about .90. JC has lost over $120,000,000 on paper from the highs. It's unknown who's shares came of restriction. It wasn't an insider or there would have been form 4s filed. Were they held by legacy shareholders from the NCDL days? When the company's lawyer was Luis Carillo, who got busted by the SEC for, among other things, assisting companies in pump and dumps, and hiding ownership of shares?

DCGD's law firm, before JC was Sichenzia Ross. Company then had no cash and Sichenzia Ross most likely were paid in restricted shares. Sichenzia Ross attorneys have been involved in pump and dumps before. NCDL/DCGD had one back in 2102. They're active in the otc world, and some at that firm have been suspected of illegally taking shares off restriction.

This article concern's Honig's recent troubles with the SEC. He used Sichenzia Ross
"Additionally I believe there could be issues of unregistered shares being sold or restricted shares being released when they should be held in restriction. It’s hard to get restricted stock to the DTC for free trading unless you have a friendly transfer agent not doing due diligence on if the shares are legal to trade in the first place"

The issuer has to consent to shares coming off restriction. Is it possible that it was done without his knowledge? He was smiling the day before the shares were dumped and the price tanked. Remember the picture of him proudly holding up 2 fingers the day the stock hit 2.00?

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
