This only has relevance IF more than $10B comes back to Equity (or even exists) because $10B equates to the UW's receiving their full $72M claim.

Whether that claim is valid is mooted by the fact that the LT allowed it, as it was based on losses suffered as a result of litigation tied to their underwriting the Series R offering.

Still waiting for one shred of evidence that convinces me we will receive any meaningful distribution.
