I don’t believe Missling is looking to get interest from partners. He knows exactly who will be the right fit for the company in terms of integrity, work ethic, capability, etc.

We may (soon) be at the point where Missling has a package with terms that he could just hand over to the company he wants and say “You’re welcome”.

This will most likely be a fair deal based on past deals of similar size and fairness. Or he may want to play hardball.

Regardless, a partner that is being offered what we potentially have now and will have in the future will NOT say no. They really don’t have a choice. Do you want to make money or not?

And we do not feel threatened one bit. HELLO PREFERREDS!!

Nice to be in this position. That is of course IF “We Got This”.
