to me, IMHO, means that Anavex's strategy has been adjusted to "fast track" its own plans to meet the needs of these sufferers. This change means a large capital infusion sooner rather than later and one that is beyond the capabilities of daily stock sales. Enter the Consortium with capital and, if needed, personnel.
