Hes certainly way way better than Thero as CEO.

He knows how to raise money without utterly tanking the stock by gradually converting the convertible as needed in a way that pissed nobody off...

He knows how to sell to the big phone companies the way Thero apparently doesn't with the insurance companies and apparently has gotten the right technical team together to provide a superior product.

He knows how to speak in a way that inspires confidence in the company.

He actually holds on to some of his shares.

Since he took over the company's overall trend (despite short localized downtrends) has been nothing but up.

Thero is just coasting on credit for a study that he had almost nothing to do with going well... the only thing he got right that was arguably his own decision was the 1st amendment case but even that he has not exploited.
