(the reorganized WMI and our current parent corp.) is about to correct the share count with an updated shelf registration filing, ... removing the dilution it caused when issuing the shares referred to in the filings as ... “Merger Consideration” ... roughly 416 million of the 1,089,679,818 common shares that were out at the time ...

Now take that 416 million (ish) and divide by the 12/1 ... or about 34,500,000 (ish) need to be removed from the 91 million (ish) showing currently out, and now under the new Cusip ...

... PaPa Bear (WMIH-Corp) doesn’t need to do a S4V ... PaPa Bear already owns “Everything”, ... However, PaPa Bear does need to correct the dilution it used for the acquisition of NationStar ...
