"Yes and we are at this very moment working on something of that nature. As per my last e-mail, whilst operating under an NDA, Ian will be able to confirm everything on conclusion together with the completion of the installation plan to the current EMIS users.



Please understand that there is an integrated Sales and Marketing programme in place driving revenues and share price growth which has to be our core focus. This integrated approach represents the best route forward for the company and share holders alike and any additional agreement will then be a bonus.

Having achieved 100% ownership of the IPR, the NHS national position, continual orders and recognition for the company I am absolutely confident in the team that I put in place to deliver."
