No, all 2-73 indications qualify for fast track on their own, including Alzheimer's. There is no "quicker" for Alzheimer's.

I expect the voucher to end up being a marketable asset.

The voucher would have the potential to bring it to market quicker for AD and that would give us even more leverage in a partnership agreement(s). Eisai better start getting their financing in order as well as the other BPs.
