For those who have done business at this level, all LOI’s are partially binding and MOUs are non-binding.

It’s odd to mock when Zion decided to highlight for their shareholders this fact when they could have left it off.

I appreciate they indicate that it’s not real until it is real.

When it is real, will we all admit and be supportive or will we find a new way to be negative?
