The fact that they are not releasing the name of the company tells me one thing:

The company is big and ECFL's PPS is going to go through the roof.

ECFL has entered into a merger with a "HIGH YIELDING CORPORTATION..."

flippers will regret having sold this stock in the .01-.02 range...
